“One of the best parts about our program is being able to match people with different jobs to help strengthen their abilities. I love having employees ask to learn new things...that's what inclusion means to me. Support and encouragement.”

Carla Arias, VP Bargains in a Box

“Integrity is doing the right thing when no one else is! That explains what The Bazaar represents. The passion, understanding, patients and willingness to accommodate and give opportunities to employees is a measuring tool that all businesses should adopt. This company is a trailblazer for the future of how employees of all kinds are treated with or without disabilities.”

Walter Johnson,Office Assistant & Recruiting Coordinator

“I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of a company that is working to increase disability inclusion efforts through our teammates and partners. It’s been eye-opening to be a part of this dream program and contribute to the future of The Bazaar. Thankful to the Nardick family for the opportunity to work in an inclusive team that cares and supports us.”

Diana Hernandez, Data Analyst

“We often find that those who are disabled are robbed of a sense of independence from an early age. One of the pillars of our program is empowering every single person who works under our roof to take control of their careers, and to give them the tools and resources to do so.”

Garrett Rosiek , Dir. of Employee Experience & Engagement

“One of The Bazaar’s interview questions was about what will make me happy — and that’s the first time I’ve been asked about that on a job interview.”

Lawrence Johnson, Assistant Facilities Manager

Shipping Estimate

Shipping estimates are just that.  Every time you add an item or make changes to your order, the shipping charges will change.  Each shipping estimate is based on the order’s weight, cube and destination.  If changes are made after your order is submitted, we have to recalculate the shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

Payment of freight charges is the responsibility of the customer.  All freight ships F.O.B./Freight Collect from our warehouse in River Grove, Illinois.  After your order leaves our warehouse, the customer owns the goods in transit and is responsible for filing any damage claims directly with the trucking company.  All freight charges that are prepaid with a credit card can be subject to a service charge fee by the credit department.  PLEASE NOTE: ALL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE STRICTLY ON A COLLECT BASIS UNLESS YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY MADE OTHER TERMS WITH US PRIOR TO YOUR SHIPMENT LEAVING.

Shipping Methods and Options

We must know ahead of time if your order is shipping to a residence.  Additional charges may apply.  Most shipping companies have a standard fee applied to all residential deliveries.  Shipments with a residential destination could be subject to a fuel surcharge and extra charges.  Customers should also check with their municipality on laws prohibiting trucks on residential streets.  Any overage, delay or refused shipment charges incurred from the trucking company are the sole responsibility of the customer NOT Bazaar, Inc.

Inside deliveries/Liftgates/Call for appointments

When there is a request for a lift gate, a call before delivery or inside delivery additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Bazaar, Inc. will not pay and is not liable for any additional charges incurred.  Shipping companies can even deliver inside your business.  Again, any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer.
